Conference & Banqueting Team Member
We are looking to hire part time Conference & Wedding staff.

Located in the heart of Cardiff Bay is the world famous Coal Exchange Hotel, this famous venue reopened its famous doors in May 2017 offering guests the opportunity to take a step back in time and explore one of Wale’s most significant building preserving the DNA of one of the most significant buildings in the UK.
To provide a first-class service to hotel guests
- Serving food and beverages to guests
- Preparing the Conference and Banqueting events by laying and clearing tables
- Clean down of venue
- Promoting sales and achieving maximum sales potential for both food and beverages
- Ensure service standards are maintained
- Anticipate guests’ needs wherever possible and promote hospitality within the hotel, enhancing guest satisfaction
- Be fully conversant with the facilities, services and promotions offered by the hotel and whenever appropriate, offer this information to the guest
- Be aware of responsibility for the security of guest and hotel property
- The successful candidate for this role is/has:
- Proactive and reliable
- Able to work alone and within a team
- Strong Communication skills
