Event Operations Manager – Garden of Eden
We’re looking for an experienced Events Operations Manager with plenty of personality to join The Shankly Hotel family.

The Shankly Hotel is a tribute to the life and career of the legendary Bill Shankly.
Radiating history and character, a stay at The Shankly brings guests a luxury experience from start to finish.
And overlooking the city, our rooftop venue The Garden of Eden plays host to an array of magnificent events throughout the year, offering the perfect backdrop for a breath-taking wedding or exquisite celebration.
With a main focus on the Weddings & Events centre, Garden of Eden, you’ll be required to demonstrate skilful planning and deliver excellent service across all areas of the business.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing employees and ensuring that they consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
We’ll rely on you to ensure that your department runs smoothly; this will be achieved with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude, putting the Shankly values into action.
Do You Have…
- 2+ years in a managerial role?
- Proven track record for achieving and succeeding KPIs?
- The ability to demonstrate solid financial acumen?
- The enthusiasm to be guest focused?
- Experience in out-door and large scale events?
