Signature Works are looking for an amazing Sales Exec to join the team!
Signature Works is more than just a co-working space provider. Aside from offering an extensive suite of products and services to Members working at our locations, we have created a framework to jettison growth among innovative startups and solopreneurs that is exclusive to our brand.
Our incubator programme provides Members with a platform to present business plans to a panel of high profile business people to fast-track funding or Angel support to take Members to the next level in their careers. After all, the success of Signature Works is very much tied to the achievements of our Members.
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive with plenty of oomph to join Signature Works, part of the Signature Living family.
This role incorporates direct and indirect sales, marketing, customer service and administration.
You will be tasked with selling the benefits of Signature Works to potential clients from leads generated by the business AND by yourself, so it’s important to understand that cold calling will play an essential part of the role. You’ll also be required to conduct personal tours of our premises, keep up to date records of your enquiries and leads and have input into marketing activity for the business.

•Sell the benefits and virtues of Signature Works to meet set monthly targets
•Answer customers’ questions about products, membership prices, availability and product uses
•Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific Signature Works services
•Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs
•Identify prospective customers by using business directories and online platforms following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences;
•Maintain customer records, using in-house automated systems COBOT and CRM
•Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements based on business need and with agreement of your line manager and finance director
•Prepare sales contracts and process all such contracts in line with company policy.
•Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers’ needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
•Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
Qualifications and requirements
•Set qualifications are irrelevant, if you’re a proven sales person with drive, charisma and character you’ll already know that you’re right for the post
•Initiative and a desire to over-deliver. Not afraid to get stuck in and ‘fight in the trenches’ to see our business and you succeed.
•A management position awaits for the right person.
Competencies (in order of importance)
•2+ years in a sales role
•A proven track record for smashing sales targets
•The ability to convert business on the phone and face to face
•The hunger to grow with a start-up business within a rapidly growing brand
•Experience of making 100+ calls per day, when necessary, or conducting 5 strong meetings per day
•An understanding of marketing and account management
•Have general IT skills
A good record in customer service
•Confident in making cold calls
•A ‘can do’ attitude
