Senior Graphic/Digital Designer

The ideal candidate must be able to work across multiple campaigns and jobs simultaneously and the ability to manage both Stakeholders and deadlines. An overview of the duties has been outlined below:

• Create and assist with the development of design prototypes, templates, and asset libraries as necessary;
• Digital Design – produce responsive website designs and digital content working closely with the Web Development team to implement new designs and update current/old;
• Print Design – produce print ready collateral materials such as brochures, programmes, flyers, and posters;
• Marketing Design – produce web banners, online advertising, website design and templates, icon and infographic design, HTML emails and newsletters, and social media assets;
• Oversee design from idea creation through to execution;
• Managing Junior members in the team and assisting in their development/skills.

The successful candidate must have:

• Relevant degree or appropriate experience in a Graphic Designer role operating;
• A strong portfolio which demonstrates a broad mixture of print and digital experience
• Ability to effectively articulate design rationale and communicate with technical teams as well as non-technical personnel;
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat etc.);

It would be advantageous to have the following skills:

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS.
