Role Description:

  • Dealing with telephone, online and email enquiries and converting them into show-rounds and confirmed bookings
  • Book in meetings/events at the venues to showcase the event space
  • Marketing the venue as event space
  • Setting up Wedding Fairs
  • Administrative responsibilities
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Prioritise effectively, manage time well, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation; Multi-task and be versatile

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience within the events and wedding industry would be greatly advantageous; however, a demonstration of excellent customer service and understanding the events industry would be ideal
  • Strong sales background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow company procedures and maintain the high standards
  • Honesty and reliability
