- Dealing with telephone, online and email enquiries and converting them into show-rounds and confirmed bookings
- Book in meetings/events at the venues to showcase the event space
- Marketing the venue as event space
- Setting up Wedding Fairs
- Administrative responsibilities
- Work effectively with minimal supervision
- Prioritise effectively, manage time well, and consistently meet deadlines
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external customers
- Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation; Multi-task and be versatile
- Previous experience within the events and wedding industry would be greatly advantageous; however, a demonstration of excellent customer service and understanding the events industry would be ideal
- Strong sales background
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow company procedures and maintain the high standards
- Honesty and reliability
