The Brand Executive plays the fundamental role in this, ensuring the customer journey online is personal and seamlessly links with all offline contact points. We are now looking for an experienced Brand Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of our social media and marketing footprint.


BRAND EXECUTIVE

The Brand Executive plays the fundamental role in this, ensuring the customer journey online is personal and seamlessly links with all offline contact points. We are now looking for an experienced Brand Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of our social media and marketing footprint.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing, digital and understand how important social media platforms are and how to utilise.

You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding marketing and how digital channels can help support the customer journey from start to finish. You will be intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns and ultimately be an ambassador to push our truly unique Signature Living brand forward.

 

Responsibilities

  • Leading the way in projecting our brand values and culture internally and externally
  • Manage content and social media, analysing across all platforms whilst communicating effectively to all key stakeholders.
  • Take lead on developing campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Identify marketing activity that resonates with and engages key audiences.
  • Create and manage content briefs for the brand and product websites, photography, and video in line with Signature Livings culture.
  • Maximise existing content and develop fresh content to promote brand awareness, drive customer/fan acquisition, drive traffic to brand websites and associated sites, and encourage user-generated content.
  • Management of blogger/vlogger outreach programme
  • Promoting, guide and educating on best standards of social media content internally and externally
  • Respond to customer comments and messages across each of the social channels.
  • Carry out regular content audits to assess what is working well and what isn’t and work with the stakeholders and to provide creative ideas for content marketing to stay one step ahead of competition.
  • Research and keep up to date with industry trends and changes and share with the stakeholders.

  • Degree-level education preferable, and/or relevant marketing qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a brand marketing role
  • Thrives working within a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Strong marketing and organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects over many months.
  • Have strong commercial acumen – always thinking about the best ways to support the business’s growth.
